If it’s your first time serving as a Board Member, you will greatly benefit from the information presented in the classes If you have already served on a board, attending one of the classes will be an opportunity to refine your skills.

This is a unique and complimentary educational event for both new and seasoned Board Members with time designated for your individual questions as well as a chance to mingle with Board Members from other great communities. Each event features a speaker from within the Community Association world. They speak on a wide variety of topics to keep you informed and up to date.
The Budget Seminar is offered once a year and taught by Evelyn Dufford, CPA, CMCA, AMS, PCAM and co-owner of Association Services. Come learn about creating a budget and how to ratify the budget for your Association. Budgets are a very important piece of a community and gathering as much information as you can will benefit you and your community a great deal. Attendees will leave this class with a customized packet of information to help with the next year’s budgeting process.
